and European Privacy Authority directions about personal data
protection. Rent a Dream S.r.l. (responsible for treatment, hereinafter
also “the company”), settled in 20139 Milan, Via Brembo 27, informs
on its own and/or Group’s behalf, that during navigation through
the site http://www.rentadreamcar.it, as the company’s home page,
no system log nor other navigator’s identification data (i.e.
IP address, originating page, browser- or operating- system type,
etc.) will be automatically collected.
Presently no monitoring is conducted over the activities run about
the company’s website. It is evidently excepted any possible future
activity of control legally enforced by police, court authority,
information or security agencies, or other public departments
aiming to Government’s protection and security or crime prevention,
detection or repression. On the web site, the company will use
"Shared Object", Macromedia Flash’s tool, with the only purpose
to grant the user a consultation language selection. Such technical
device will stay on the user’s IT tool, but can be removed at
any time. The Company also informs that there are site’s areas
where the user can freely and consciously provide his/her own

The free, facultative and explicit send of e-mail to the addresses shown in this site implies the further collection of the sender’s address as necessary for replying, and possible other personal data expressed with the sent e-mail.
The web site is protected by security measures, updated with the new technology and with the evolution of electronic risk; the specific security measures used for the web site management are described in the company’s IT security policy.
